Last updated: 1970-01-01 1. Who we are Easy Rider Zante ("we", "us") rents cars, ATVs and scooters in Zakynthos, Greece. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Data we collect - Identity & contact: full name, date of birth, place of birth, address, email, phone. - Documents: driving license number, country, issue/expiry dates; passport number and country (where required). - Booking data: pickup/return location and time, vehicle, extras, second driver details. - Payment data: handled by our payment providers (Viva Wallet, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers. - Technical data: IP address, device/browser, cookies needed to run the site. 3. Why we use it (legal basis) - To prepare and perform the rental contract you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). - To comply with Greek tax, traffic and identification obligations, including AADE myDATA invoicing (Art. 6(1)(c)). - To prevent fraud and recover damage, theft or unpaid fines (Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interests). - To send marketing only if you tick the consent box (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw at any time. 4. Who we share it with - Payment providers (Viva Wallet, Stripe) to process your payment and deposit. - AADE (Greek tax authority) for legally required e-invoicing. - Insurance companies and authorities in case of accident, theft or traffic offence. - Hosting and email infrastructure providers acting as processors under contract. We do not sell your personal data. 5. International transfers Some processors may be located outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. 6. How long we keep it - Rental contracts and invoices: as required by Greek tax law (currently 5 years from the end of the fiscal year, longer if a dispute arises). - Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent. - Website logs: short-term, for security and debugging. 7. Your rights You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
